	This repository only had tarballs with no explanation, so a short explanation was added in a `README.md' file.

	GNU AWK also has `tar.lz', so we are now using that tarball (which has smaller volume and better archival features). Also, `install-tl-unx.tar.gz' was removed (it is supposed to be downloaded when needed).

	In this repository, we'll keep all the necessary dependencies for each version of the pipeline. This can be used as backup in offline situations: one place to have all the dependencies and set as as configuration-time variable of the pipeline to avoid the need for internet.
