initialize.mk: make dist bugs in missing files and Makefile fixed

Until now, the files to copy into the distribution tarball assumed that the
'aa.cls' and 'aa.bst' are in 'tex/src'. However, in this branch, we have
put them in 'tex/src/journal', and there is a third file that is necessray
to compile the A&A journal style: 'linenoaa.sty'. Furthermore, the 'printf'
commands that created a Makefile in the tarball used '\b' that caused
problems by the printf of macOS.

Both of these problems have been fixed with this commit: we now copy all
the files in the 'journals/' directory and we use 'echo -e' to not need
'\b' any more.
