high-level.mk: libgit2 removed as a Gnuastro dependencyjournal-a-and-a
Until now, libgit2 was a dependency of Gnuastro on this branch. However, it
has been removed as a dependency from the Maneage branch and this caused
work done on this branch to also attempt to build it; even though it is not
desired (see the description on top of Gnuastro in 'high-level.mk').
With this commit, the problem has been solved by removing libgit2 as a
prerequisite of Gnuastro.
