2022-05-09	Imported recent updates in Maneage, conflicts fixed	Mohammad Akhlaghi	-22/+22
	Until now, Maneage had undergone some updates. With this commit, those updates have been imported and the conflicts that resulted were fixed. They were all cosmetic and had no effect on the analysis. The most significant one was about the change in the format of 'INPUTS.conf'. In the process, I also noticed that the IEEEtran LaTeX package is now called 'ieeetran' (the 'tlmgr' of TeXLive 2022 was failing).
2021-01-09	Imported recent changes in Maneage, minor single conflict fixed	Mohammad Akhlaghi	-1/+1
	There was a single conflict in the comments of one part of 'configure.sh' that has been fixed. There was also a single place that needed to convert 'BDIR' to 'badir' in this project (so after the merge, it also built easily).
2021-01-03	Updated copyrights of project-specific copyrights	Mohammad Akhlaghi	-1/+1
	Having entered 2021, it was necessary to update the years of all the copyright statements.
2020-05-22	Re-write of the paper to fit in ~6000 words and IEEE format	Mohammad Akhlaghi	-1/+1
	Following the fact that the DSJ editor decided that this paper doesn't fit into their scope, we decided to submit it to IEEE's Computing in Science and Engineering (CiSE). So with this commit the text was re-written to fit into their style and word-count limitations.
2020-04-13	Full existing contents summaried, only discussion to go	Mohammad Akhlaghi	-0/+4
	The contents until two commits ago when I started to summarize the paper are now in a new and shorter format: previously the discussion started on page 25, but now it starts on page 17. It is still a little longer than 8000 words, but not as significantly as before. I will add the discussion and also try to summarize it futher before submission.
2020-03-23	Analysis and configuration file sections complete	Mohammad Akhlaghi	-0/+82
	With this commit a description of these two important parts have been added to the project, along with several figures showing various parts of the files that are discussed. I also done some other restructuring of the figures and files to make things fit better into the the description of the paper.
